Julia and Slava began in Miami in 2019. Our own florists make the flowers. Our own coordinators build the setup and stay until it is cleared.
A candlelit room for two, or a wedding for two hundred. We work across Florida, and we travel.
Julia
The one with the sketch pad.
Every Cloud Nine setup begins as a drawing. Julia designs the events: the arch, the flowers, the table and the light, all on paper long before anything is built.
She started in Europe, and she has spent more than ten years in what she and Slava call the cupid industry. Today she designs some of the most beautiful haute couture events in Miami, and her speciality is the one thing you cannot buy off a shelf: European elegance and class, set against a Miami view.
Slava
The one behind the camera.
Slava is the photographer. He has stood beside Julia through more than ten years in the cupid industry, waiting for the second that matters: the question, the answer, the first look.
Our photographers share that eye for candid moments, so a proposal, an elopement or a wedding is remembered as it really felt.
Where it all began
Julia and Slava came from Europe, and their first events happened there.
Then they moved to Miami. They brought European elegance and class to its views and its possibilities, and in 2019 they founded Cloud Nine. That is where it all started.
Wife and husband, fifteen wonderful years together, and more than ten of them spent making other people's love stories happen.

Our own people
Everything is done by our own people. Planning, design, coordination and flowers all stay in-house, so you speak to one team and never have to chase separate vendors.

Ready before you arrive
You tell us the idea, we suggest the closest setup, and we send you the plan of the day before the event. On the day the installation team arrives before you do, between an hour and a half and eight hours ahead depending on the place. When you arrive it is ready. When you leave, they come back and clear it.

The flowers stay with you
The fresh flowers are yours to keep. Many couples take them to dinner afterwards.
