Our florists make the bouquets, the centerpieces and the ceremony pieces themselves, so the flowers on your table are the ones we showed you.

The first call
The date, the venue, the guest count and what you want the day to feel like. Twenty minutes, no charge.

An estimate in writing
Planning, decor, flowers, photography and video, each priced before you pay anything. A signed estimate and the first installment secure the date.

Design
We sketch the ceremony and the reception, choose the flowers and the linens, and show you the room before it is ordered.

Vendors and the timeline
Vendor meetings, the budget and the payment schedule stay current. Every vendor gets the same timeline from us.

The rehearsal
We walk the ceremony with your wedding party, set the order of the procession and show everyone where to stand.

The wedding day
Setup supervised, the procession cued, the timing kept through toasts and the first dance, and the decor cleared once your guests have gone.
A guest at your own wedding
That is the whole point of a coordinator. By the morning of the wedding every vendor has our timeline, knows where to park and knows who to call. It is our number they call, not yours.
The rehearsal
We walk the ceremony with your wedding party, set the order of the procession and show everyone where to stand.
The ceremony
We line up the procession, cue the music and keep the officiant, the photographer and the families on the same minute.
Dinner and after
We keep the timing through toasts, the first dance and the cake, and our team clears the decor once your guests have gone.

Flowers and photos, one studio
Our florists make the bouquets, the centerpieces and the ceremony pieces in our own studio, so the flowers on your table are the ones we showed you. Red, white, pink, peach and yellow are always available. Blue, purple or a very exact shade needs special sourcing and can cost more.
Our photographers and videographers work weddings every season. You receive photos within 14 business days, usually 7 to 10, and the film within 21. Couples who book full or month-of planning pay the lower rate for both.
We are fully insured. Ask for the certificate at least 5 business days before the wedding and we send it to you and to the venue.

Above 200 our own team stops being enough to run the room the way we run it. We would rather send you to a planner built for that size than do it badly.
Skip the sparkler exit. Many Miami venues ban them, and the ones that allow them want a waiver. Cold sparks on the dance floor give the same picture with no permit.

Are there extra fees?
Venue fees for a rooftop, a private beach or a place outside Miami are told to you before you decide. Permits for some public places are confirmed by your coordinator. Nothing is charged that is not in the written total.
Can we reschedule if something comes up?
Yes. We move your event when we hear from you in advance, before the team is on the way, and when the new date and place are available. If the place is taken we help you find another one, and your first payment moves with you.
What does wedding planning cost?
Day-of coordination starts at $1,500, month-of coordination at $2,000 and full planning at $3,500. Final pricing depends on guest count, event complexity and scope of services.
Is a planner only for large events?
No. We have planned events for as few as 10 guests and as many as 200.
Is an event designer the same as a planner?
No. A designer designs and decorates the event. A planner chooses the vendors and runs the logistics, from the venue and caterer to lodging. We offer both, as separate services.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully. We provide a certificate of insurance to you and your venue. Please request it at least 5 business days before the event.
When will we receive photos and video?
Photos within 14 business days, usually 7 to 10. Video within 21 business days.
