What a proposal costs
Proposal setups start at $649. The starting package includes decor, setup, breakdown and background music. Photography and sparkling wine are not included. We confirm your complete price in writing before you pay, and a 50% deposit reserves your date.
Most couples spend more time choosing the place than the flowers. Tell us where you first met, or where the two of you always end up, and we will tell you honestly whether it works for a setup, what the light is like there at sunset and whether it needs a permit.

We do not sell a proposal in a restaurant
We cannot control a restaurant's light, its music or the table next to you. Ask us for a private beach, a rooftop or a boat instead. If the restaurant matters to you, we set up the moment after dinner, outside.

What is the average cost of a proposal setup?
Proposal setups start at $649. The starting package includes decor, setup, breakdown and background music. Photography and sparkling wine are not included. Heart arches, yachts and other larger experiences cost more, and we confirm your complete price in writing before you pay.
What is included in the price?
The $649 starting proposal package includes decor, setup, breakdown and background music; photography and sparkling wine are not included. Larger proposal packages list their own inclusions. Setup happens before you arrive and we clear everything after you leave.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can, especially for peak season and popular dates. Proposals are usually booked at least two weeks ahead and elopements at least a month ahead, and we take last-minute requests whenever the team and the place are free.
Can my partner really not find out?
The photographer is in position before you arrive and looks like anyone else on the beach. Booking emails go to a plain address you choose, and nothing is sent to your partner unless you ask us to.
Can we bring family or friends to the proposal?
Yes. Tell us how many people and where you want them hidden, and we plan the reveal with you.
Can we choose the flower colors?
Yes. Red, white, pink, peach and yellow are standard. Blue, purple or very specific shades need special sourcing and can cost more.
Can we take the flowers home?
Yes. Every fresh flower in your setup is yours to keep. Many couples take them to dinner afterwards or press a few as a keepsake.
Do we need to be there during setup?
No. Everything is ready when you arrive. You are welcome to come a little earlier if you like.
When is the best time to propose?
It depends on the place. Golden hour and the blue hour just after sunset give the softest light for photos, though our photographers work at any time of day.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Weather flexibility is written into the contract. We watch the forecast closely, stay in touch with you and adjust the time or move the date. If you cannot reschedule, we can sometimes set up indoors at your home or hotel.
