Your coordinator sends the addresses and phone numbers. Both of you apply in person with ID.
Get married
Out-of-state residents can marry the same day. Florida residents wait three days unless they complete a registered premarital course.
The officiant files it
Our officiant or notary signs and files the license after your ceremony.
From booking to your first photos
One coordinator looks after you from the first call to the last photo. This is what happens, in order.
You book the date
A signed agreement and a 50% deposit hold the date and the team. A short questionnaire tells us your names, your guests and the kind of ceremony you want.
You get the license
Both of you apply in person at a county court with ID. Your coordinator sends the addresses. Out-of-state residents can marry the same day.
We send the plan
Before the day you receive the plan of the day. Packages include 10 guests, and more can be added for a fee.
You get married
The officiant leads the ceremony, then signs and files your license. We take down the decor after you leave.
The photos and video arrive
Photos within 14 business days, usually 7 to 10. Video within 21 business days.
If the weather turns, moving the time or the date is written into the contract. In August and September we plan a covered backup for any beach.

Are there extra fees?
Venue fees for a rooftop, a private beach or a place outside Miami are told to you before you decide. Permits for some public places are confirmed by your coordinator. Nothing is charged that is not in the written total.
Do we need a permit for the location?
Some public places need a permit and some do not; your coordinator confirms it for your place. Private places always need availability and fees confirmed in advance.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Weather flexibility is written into the contract. We watch the forecast closely, stay in touch with you and adjust the time or move the date. If you cannot reschedule, we can sometimes set up indoors at your home or hotel.
What does an elopement cost?
Essential is $1,199, Signature is $1,799 and Elite is $2,149. Decor is optional and ranges from $1,499 to $2,799. One hour of photography is $449 and one hour of videography is $499.
What is an elopement?
An intimate wedding ceremony with up to 30 guests, planned around the two of you.
How many guests are included?
Packages include 10 guests. More can be added for an extra fee.

August needs a backup
August is hurricane season. If you book a beach in August or September we write a covered backup into the plan, and we will tell you to use it on the morning if the radar says so.
Ten guests is the right number
Under ten and the beach feels empty in the photos. Over twenty and you are running a wedding. Ten to fifteen people fit around one long table afterwards, which is the part most couples say they remember.
