Pricing on request for a public beach in Miami or Miami Beach, with everything in the list below.

A rooftop, a private beach or a place outside Miami adds the venue fee, and we tell you that number before you decide.

Confirmed in writing after one call. Half holds the date.

What is included

Setup and breakdown

Setup: One to three hours, finished before you arrive
Flowers: Red, white, pink, peach or yellow as standard
Photos: Delivered within 14 business days, usually 7 to 10
Weather: Moving the time or date is written into the contract

On the day of, minute by minute

Setup starts [two] hours before your time and is finished before you arrive. You walk in from [the direction we agree], so the arch is the first thing your partner sees. The photographer stands [about 15 metres] away and looks like anyone else on the beach. You kneel, we fire the sparks, and the photographer keeps shooting for [30] minutes after the yes.

Ask at blue hour, not sunset

The sparks show up best 20 to 40 minutes after sunset, when the sky is still blue and the roses read as red. At sunset the sparks disappear into the light. We will suggest the later time even if you ask for sunset.

How the day runs

From the first message to the moment itself, this is what happens around Klimt.

You book the date
Pick a setup and send us the date and the place. A 50% deposit holds both. Then you fill in a short questionnaire so we can make it personal, and the plan of the day reaches you before the event.

The team arrives first
We get there between an hour and a half and eight hours before your time, depending on the setup and how easy the place is to reach. Most setups take one to three hours to build.

On the day and after

You walk in
You do not need to be there while we work. The photographer is already in position and looks like anyone else on the beach, so your partner sees nothing until the moment.

We clear everything
When you are done, the team comes back and takes it all away. Any fresh flowers in the setup are yours to keep, and a lot of couples carry them to dinner.

Your photos arrive
Photos come within 14 business days, usually 7 to 10. If you added video, that takes up to 21 business days.

The place and the light

The softest light for photos is golden hour, and the blue hour just after sunset. We suggest a start time from the light, the sunset and the rules of the place, and you make the final call.

Some public places need a permit and some do not, and your coordinator checks yours. A private rooftop or beach needs its availability and fee confirmed first. You hear that number before you decide.

We work across South and North Florida, from Key West to Tampa, and out of state on request. Package prices stay the same anywhere in Florida.

Common questions

We set up in Miami, Miami Beach, Surfside, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Coral Gables, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Key Largo, Key West, Sarasota, Naples, Tampa, Siesta Key, Clearwater and Longboat Key. See the places we know well or read every question and answer.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as you can, especially for peak season and popular dates. Proposals are usually booked at least two weeks ahead and elopements at least a month ahead, and we take last-minute requests whenever the team and the place are free.

Can we bring family or friends to the proposal?

Yes. Tell us how many people and where you want them hidden, and we plan the reveal with you.

Can we change a package?

Yes. We adjust existing packages, add or remove elements, or build a custom package around your idea. Tell us what you picture and we suggest the closest starting point.

Can we choose the flower colors?

Yes. Red, white, pink, peach and yellow are standard. Blue, purple or very specific shades need special sourcing and can cost more.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Weather flexibility is written into the contract. We watch the forecast closely, stay in touch with you and adjust the time or move the date. If you cannot reschedule, we can sometimes set up indoors at your home or hotel.
